The Crisp Cannoli Bakery and Cafe is a family business that proudly shares time-tested recipes perfected in our grandmother’s kitchen. Our full line of pastries, donuts, croissants, cookies, pies, and cheesecakes are all made from scratch and represent the best of our Italian family tradition.

We started as a small pastry shop more than a decade ago, later expanded to catering, then opened the doors to our cafe and deli on Columbia Turnpike in Schodack, New York in 2018. Thanks to tremendous local support we quickly outgrew our space and in 2020  moved to our current location on Springhurst Drive in East Greenbush, New York.

No matter the size of our kitchen, we have remained steadfast in our commitment to using the best and freshest ingredients, locally sourced when possible, always made by your hometown bakers. Being a good community partner is our hallmark. We’re always finding new ways to give back to the friends, neighbors, and local organizations that are part of the extended Crisp Cannoli family.

Our family recipes are the bond that brings us together, and we’re grateful to be able to share these time-honored specialties with you, of course with a few new favorites, too. Whether you’re stopping in for our specialty coffees and desserts, or our breakfast and lunch specials, you’ll always find us on premises, so stop in, say hello, and stay awhile.
